Puppy Reservations: A deposit is required to reserve a puppy. This deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to a future litter at the breeder’s discretion.
Health Guarantee: All puppies are sold with a genetic health guarantee. Specific terms regarding the duration and coverage of this guarantee are outlined in the individual Sales Contract provided at the time of purchase.
Breeding Rights: Unless otherwise stated in writing, all puppies are sold with “pet-only” rights. Buyers agree to spay or neuter their puppy by the age specified in their contract.
Intellectual Property: All content on this website, including images of our puppies and parents (Lucky and our Moyen females), are the property of Lucky’s Goldendoodles and may not be used without written permission.
Liability: Lucky’s Goldendoodles is not liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on this website.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
